1st Game

Will had his first soccer game last weekend. It was a lot of fun to watch! There are only 6 kids on his team and 3 play at a time. It works out well since they end up in a group. He had fun!

Josh is the assistant coach and loved being on the field with Will.

Spring Break

For spring break the boys and I went up to my parents. Nicole and the girls came down and we all had so much fun together. We were very busy playing and going places. On the first day, family friends, Patty and Jerry, brought over Lego's that their son, Tony, had growing up. They gave them to Will since they knew of his love of them!! They brought over these two tubs and another tub filled with a Lego train set. My dad had to weigh them because we were shocked at the amount - any guesses???

50 POUNDS (without the train set)!!! Yikes!! Needless to say, Will wanted to stay at Grandpa and Grandma's house instead of going to the zoo the next day!

My Dad also instituted "slave labor." He told the kids he would pay them to help pick up sticks in the yard and put rocks in the wheelbarrow. My Dad use to make my sisters and I pick up sticks as punishment. Boy have times changed!!

Andrew didn't pick up many sticks but he sure loved riding in the wheelbarrow!!

Make sure not to miss any!

Will was definitely the most motivated - he worked throughout the week and even asked if he could go outside and work.

One day we went to Lego Land. We thought we had gotten there early but they ended up opening early for spring break. They were full to capacity when we got there so we will go back another time. We got to go into the store and see a couple of things while we were there though.

We went to Brookfield Zoo one day - it was a beautiful day! The boys were struggling though!

and of course we had to stop by for some ice cream afterwords!!

Big Boy Bike

My parents had said they were going to buy Andrew a big boy bike for Christmas. They wanted to wait until it get nice out in case he grew. When they stopped by this week, we all went to Toys R' Us shopping - he picked out this one. He loves it because he said that it's really fast!

Wow.... he doesn't look so little now... sniff sniff.....

1st Soccer Practice

Will started playing soccer last week. His first practice was Thursday. It was fun watching him play - he is pretty excited about practice and his games!

Future Drummers

Here are some great videos of the boys. Will is trying to convince me to get all the drums for our house. When I asked where we could put them, he volunteered his bedroom. What do you think - future drummers or not??

Rhythm Museum

We went to a new museum downtown this week. It is the Rhythm Discovery Center. It was SO much fun! They had a bunch of different instruments for the kids to play on. I have a couple of videos to upload later. It was a great museum because it was something so different and the boys love music.

Check out these chimes!

The boys loved this big drum!

Cousins!

Uncle Micah, Aunt Lucy, Luke, and Titus came to visit over their spring break. The boys had so much fun. They had fun just playing and spending time together! We sure miss our cousins and wish we could play with them more often. It was great fun!!

We went to the Children's Museum one afternoon. We all had fun!

Happy Birthday, Daddy!

At church this week, they had a lunch to welcome us. The boys loved running around there together.
