Pretzel Making

We made pretzels one day last week when we were stuck inside because of the snow. The boys had a blast! Some weren't the best looking (see video of Andrew) but they made a yummy snack!

Family Fun Day

We had a "family fun day" one Saturday after being sick and being inside for a couple of weeks. We (ok, mainly me) had to get out!! We went to the Childrens' Museum. We had a great time but then Andrew got the flu a couple days afterwards. It was still worth it!

Christmas with the Hahn's

It's been a long time since I've posted so there may be a few postings! We had a late Christmas at the Hahn's. Aunt Ang was in town so it was good to see her along with Yeh Yeh, Bama Betty, and Great Bama (Andrew can't quite say "grandma" yet).

This was Josh's favorite present of Will's - a football uniform. Josh used to get them when he was a child and wanted Will to have one. Will wasn't as excited as Josh was hoping when he was opening it but now loves putting on his pants, jersey, socks, and helmet.

Bama Betty got Andrew a race car driver helmet!

We went to Great Bama's to show Josh her new place. The boys LOVED all the long hallways - they thought it was an indoor track!

Merry Christmas!

We went to my parent's for Christmas this year. It was really fun with the boys this year! Will was full of questions about Santa and wondering how Santa was going to find the house since there weren't lights on the top of Grandpa's house and so on. We went to church on Christmas Eve and then had dinner with Aunt Linda and Uncle Ken. On Christmas, we opened presents with my parents in the morning. In the afternoon, we stopped by my Aunt Linda's, went to Aunt Diana's for dinner, and then opened presents at my parents house with my sister and her family. We had a great day!

When we got home, we made a gingerbread house with the boys. Traditionally, we always made one at my aunt's but we ran out of time so we took it home to work on it. The boys enjoyed it but it kept collapsing - I think there was too much weight from all the candy on the roof!! Josh finally got it to stand!!

Snow!

These pictures were from our time at my parents in Chicago. I put them on the blog especially for Luke, Will and Andrew's cousin, that doesn't see snow very often in Texas!! The boys loved playing in the snow. It was great to get bundled up and get some fresh air!
