The Creation Museum

We took a trip to Cincinnati to go to the Creation Museum. It was something Josh had REALLY wanted to do since it opened. It was a great museum! A big part of the museum was a walk thru the Bible. They started with Adam and Eve and had a big part about Noah and the ark (probably my favorite) and went to present day.

They talked a lot about the dinosaurs and how and why they became extinct after the flood. We went to a sort of show/movie that explained how carbon dating is done and has been proven wrong, etc. It was interesting!!

I took the boys to the petting zoo after lunch so Josh could go back through the museum and read more of the signs that we missed while walking faster for the boys.
Since I didn't know you could feed the animals before going to the petting area, I didn't have any money. The boys were scrounging around all over the ground so they had some corn to feed the animals. I was scared to get close to the camel but both boys loved feeding it!

They didn't feed this pig but loved petting it....

After the museum, we went to Montgomery Inn for dinner (Josh's favorite for ribs) and for dessert, we had to get ice cream at Graeter's. What a great day we had!!

Yummy!!
